Join us at Aikido Camp!
Our camp is a fun, energetic, and educational place to spend a few days, a few weeks, or the whole summer training in the Japanese martial art of Aikido. We have two Aikido classes a day, weekly rank promotions, and a range of fun activities, including Japanese arts and crafts, Japanese language classes, and special Japanese cultural events such as sushi-making, sumo wrestling, and traditional Japanese festivals. Every week is different!
Have fun with Japanese arts and cultural activities
Play games and socialize with friends
Aikido camp is a great way to get started in Aikido, because the intensive experience of daily training means that students are quickly able to learn the basics and gain confidence. We also have many campers who have trained with us for years, and during camp we offer opportunities for 1:1 mentoring and advanced skill training.
Our team of camp counselors and junior teen counselors (many of whom have trained with us since they were children) are highly dedicated Aikido students. We love to share our skills and to help children develop, both as martial artists and as people.
