About Aikido<\/h1>\n

Aikido<\/a><\/strong><\/span> is a unique Japanese martial art focused on non-violent self defense. Students learn to use the energy of an attack to perform throws and pins, without relying on size or strength.<\/h3>\n

Training emphasizes self control, awareness, and respect, helping students remain centered and connected during times of conflict and stress.<\/h3>\n

There are no competitions. Students practice together in an energetic yet studious atmosphere, with more experienced students helping beginners.<\/h3>\n
